why should I outsource my retouching?
In the photography industry today, you quickly find yourself overwhelmed with all that is required of a photographer and in business. You desire to provide the highest quality experience to your clients while still increasing your productivity and profitability. It becomes a juggling act. Outsourcing your retouching will allow you to find the time to do what you really love and where your strengths are.
what is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time for galleries up to 60 images is approximately 4-5 business days for monthly plan and image collection clients. Pay as you Go clients are 6-7 business days. Galleries of 60+ may require an additional 1-2 days. There is an option available to expedite your gallery. Your gallery will be ready in 48 hours. The fee to add this service starts at $60.00. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and planned vacation dates.
how do I send my images to you?
For single orders, your files will be uploaded with an upload link in your order confirmation email. In the upload form, each link can accept 300mb so you may need to split your images into batches and use multiple links provided to you. If you are a monthly plan or image collection client, a custom dropbox shared folder will be created for you to upload your gallery folders.
what services do you offer?
There are three types of edits to choose from, The Full Retouch, The Finishing Retouch, or Skin Only Retouch. There are three levels of Retouch: BASIC, PLUS and Premium. The level that you choose will determine the amount of retouching that will be done. This is most specific to the face/skin, stray hairs, blemishes, eyes, background distractions, etc.
do you match my retouching style?
We will do our very best to match your editing style. When you place your order, we will request that you send sample images of your editing style, give website information and social media accounts. This will allow us to create a workflow for you that is the closest match. If you would like a customized retouch using your own actions, style, etc. we can customize that for you. Please note that there may be an additional charge for customized editing and workflows.
